Minor variations that are normal to the production or printing process do not necessarily constitute defects.

We do not guarantee that any particular product or variation will remain available.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product-description, promotional, or other errors. If an error materially affects an order that has already been submitted, we may contact you regarding the error or cancel and refund the affected order when appropriate.

If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, the amount paid for the canceled portion of the order will be refunded.

Please review your information carefully before submitting an order. Once a made-to-order product enters production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Aurum Explorers Company is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.

Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy.

Shipping and production estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, production disruptions, supply limitations, and other events, may affect fulfillment or delivery.

8. Returns

Returns are governed by our Return Policy.

Eligible merchandise may be returned for store credit when all requirements of the Return Policy are satisfied.

Purchasing an Aurum Explorers Company product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property embodied in its artwork, design, branding, or other creative content.
